A quick and easy weeknight meal
Heat frying pan over medium high heat
Cook patties, turning once, about 10 minutes or until done.
Place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty during the final minute of cooking to allow it to melt slightly - covering the frying pan will help with melting the cheese.
Place patties on buns, top with lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch dressing.
Any white cheese may be used in place of the pepper jack.
