Turkey - Feta Burgers
Combine onion, oregano, salt, pepper and turkey. Divide into 4-6 burgers. Indent the center of each burger and fill with feta. Fold turkey around cheese and reshape into patty. Coat grill pan or skillet with cooking spray or prepare outdoor grill. Add patties and cook approximately 5 min per side - until no pink remains. Combine cucumber and yogurt. Place each patty on a bun and top with cucumber mixture.
