Got some ground turkey, got a little time, then these turkey meatballs maybe dinner tonight
In a bowl mix, green onions, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese. Mix in ground turkey. Heat pan over medium high heat, add olive oil. Shape mix into small meatballs, 3 tablespoons each, and add to the pan. cook them 2-3 minutes per side, cover and simmer for 5 minutes more.
Serve in favorite pasta sauce for main dish or add toothpicks to each and use as an appetizer
