1. Heat oven to broil
2. Bring Sauce to low simmer in small saucepan over medium-low heat. Remove form heat and keep warm.
3. Mix pine nuts, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning in a wide, shallow dish. Season turkey on both sides and dredge in mixture, press to adhear.
4. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Cook turkey until golden brown and juices run clear ~4 min. per side.
5. Place turkey in baking pan, top with mozzarella, and broil until cheese melts.
6. Place sauce on plate and top with piece of turkey.
