Suggest a better descriptionMelt half the butter and oil together in skillet. Dredge turkey in flour and saute turkey until done. Remove turkey from skillet.
In the skillet whisk in the lemon juice and scrape up the browned but from the bottom of the pan. Add remaining butter, whisking to incorporate. Add capers and return turkey to skillet, turning to coat. Soon sauce and capers on top to serve.
