Saute onions, celery, garlic, salt and pepper in fat until soft. Let cool.
Stir in saltines, eggs, and Lawry's. Do not over mix.
Stuff into bird. Double recipe if needed.
If doing in pan, grease pan, add broth and/or giblets. Cook covered 30 minutes at 350, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
