Add corn if desired. Serve with sour cream. Rice and cornbread good as sides.
In sauce pan, add olive oil and sauté onion and jalapeño until transparent. Push to side and add ground turkey, allowing to just brown. Add sweet potatoes and sauté another 2-5 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth and can of tomatoes and add all seasoning. Cover pot and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Add both cans of beans (and corn if desired). Cover and simmer for another 10 minutes.
