Suggest a better description1. Mix cake mix with melted butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
2. Spread 1/2 mix in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
3. Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk in microwave.
4. Lyer nuts, caramel and chips on top of baked brownie mixture.
5. Drop spoonfuls of batter over contents of the pan, to cover as evenly as possible.
6. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes. Until just done!
