Suggest a better description1 - Cook Pasta according to package directions. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2 - Cook Italian Sausage in large pot for 7 minutes, stir in marinara sauce, pesto, ricotta and milk/cream, mix well and continue to cook until hot.
3 - Add drained pasta to sauce and mix well. Transfer to oiled Baking disk and top with parmesan chese. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes and serve with crusty artisan bread.
