Wash potatoes. Rub with oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and poke holes with fork or knife.
Bake potatoes 1 hour.
Let cool until able to handle.
Remove and slice skin off top, and scoop flesh into large bowl.
Add 1/2 c cheese, butter, sour cream, Ranch and salt and pepper to bowl and stir.
Add milk to bowl and mash all together.
Spoon mix into skins.
Add toppings and bake 20 mins.
