So easy....and SO good! This one is fantastic with ground Venison or Elk.
Preheat oven to 375
Brown ground beef in a pan with onions, add peppers after the onions turn transparent.
Drain if needed
Add BBQ sauce and salt and pepper to taste and let simmer.
Grease a muffin tin and cut the crescent roll dough into squares to fit within the muffin tin. You want extra dough around the edges of each muffin spot.
Fill each dough cup with the BBQ browned beef mixture and top with cheese.
Place in oven for 12-15min or until cheese is melted and dough has risen on the edges.
