Preheat oven at 350*
Mix the grounded meats with a beaten egg and barbecue sauce.
Add basil, thyme or pepper, and bread crumbs to the mixture.
Form two meatloaves in greased pans.
Zig zag a layer of honey over loaves.
Put a ring of each pepper on top of loaves.
Bake at 350*.
After 25 minutes drain the grease from pans.
Heat for an additional 15 minutes.
