Beef Empanada
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. In large skillet cook ground beef over until beef is thoroughly cooked. Drain.
3. Stir in sauce and chili powder, simmer 5 minutes
4. Press each biscuit into 6-inch round.
5. Spoon 1/2 cup meat mixture and about 1 tablespoon cheese onto center of each round.
6. Fold dough in half over filling, press to seal and plan on ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake 9to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
