Brown the hamburger in a skillet, strain the excess grease
Combine the dry ingredients together, then add catsup and water and mix well.
Add sauce to meat and simmer 20-30 minutes.
This recipe is adapted verbally, for simplicity. Ruth is my deceased Mother in-law whom I never met but I'm told she was a wonderful cook. Very easy to make.
