Suggest a better descriptionProcesar las almendras con la harina, hasta obtener un polvo fino uniforme. Batir la manteca con la paleta dentro de la batidora electrica, hasta obtener una textura cremosa. Incorporar gradualmente el azúcar impalpable y continuar batiendo por unos 2 minutos. Agregar la esencia de vainilla y la yema a la masa. Retirar de la batidora. Unir la mezcla de harina y almendras, revolviendo con una cuchara de madera (si quedara muy seca la masa incorporar un poco mas de yemas). Llevar a la heladera y refrigerar por una hora aproximadamente, antes de utilizar. Luego, formar rollitos con la palma de la mano y darle forma de pequeñas medialunas. Disponerlas sobre una placa con tefbake. Llevar al horno para cocinar por unos 10 a 15 minutos a 180ºC. Deben quedar de color ligeramente dorado. Retirar del horno, y pasar las medialunas por el azúcar impalpable, mientras estan aun calientes. Guardar en recipientes herméticos para que conserven su textura.
