Suggest a better descriptionFry the onions for 2 minutes in in a good size pot. Add the garlic and chilly and continue frying for a further 2 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables and cover with water. Add salt and pepper. Bring to boil and simmer for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Remove from the hob, add coriander, double cream salt and pepper. Smoothe with a handheld mixer.
