1. Combine oil, hot sauce, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Combine corn starch, corn meal, salt and pepper in a bowl.
3. Mix coconut milk and hot sauce in another bowl to prep cauliflower.
4. Mix cauliflower chunks into wet mix, and then add dry mix until evenly coated.
5. Heat up 2 quarts of neutral oil to 400 F.
6. Add half of cauliflower bites to oil, cooking for 3 mins. Add the second half after.
7. When still warm, coat in 1/2 cup of your hot sauce.
