Suggest a better descriptionIn a saute pan, add 1/2 tbs oil. Heat and saute the spring onions and garlic. Add the mixed beans and cook for 2 mins, mashing them with a fork. Put the stuffing mix into a bowl, pour over 300ml boiling water, mix and stir in the carrot, zucchini and bean mixture. Season and divide into 4 burgers. Place the remaining oil into a saute pan and cook the burgers for 3 minutes on each side until golden and brown. Stack onto the toasted burger buns with the salad ingredients. Serve with potato wedges.
