Place soup bones and the beef cubes in a large pot with hot water to cover; bring to a boil, then lower heat and cook until meat is tender. Let stock cool. Remove meat from Bone, discard bones. Place soup pot into refrigerator overnight.
If desired some frozen vegetables maybe used in lieu of fresh ones.
