Place broccoli on outside of platter in circle, stems out. Arrange cauliflower on top. Place zucchini in center. Sprinkle with water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave 11-12 minutes. Melt butter and garlic salt. Drain any liquid off vegies, and arranged sliced tomatoes on outside. Drizzle with garlic butter and sprinkle with cheese. Microwave another 2 minutes.
