Suggest a better descriptionBreak the egg and whisk it well. Add the seasonings. Put your frying pan on the heat. Sprinkle a bit of olive oil on the pan and then spread your egg mixture a bit on to it. Let it cook for a while and add the cheese. Finally, fold it up and keep it on your platter. Why not sprinkle some herbs around to make it look masterchef quality?!
