Suggest a better descriptionSaute onions on butter. Combine eggs and sour cream. Add to onion mixture.
Season mixture and pour in pastry shell. Top with cheese. Spread generously on top and also sprinkle a little on the bottom of the crust before putting in onion mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, uncovered then 325 degrees for 20 minutes covered with foil. Let sit for about 15-20 minutes before serving.
