In large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat, saute sausage slices 4-5 minutes. Stir in potatoes and Wahoo Chili Seasoning. Saute 2-3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients except for garnishes. Bring to a simmer; reduce heat to medium/low and simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve garnished with bacon, cheese and green onions, if desired.
