 Saute onion, celery and walnut pieces in butter until celery is tender.
Add bread cubes to large bowl
Pour onion, celery, walnut pcs over bread cubes, mix well
Add grapes, apples, seasonings, egg and juice
Toss lightly.
Spread mixture into greased baking dish
* Bake at 350* for 30 minutes
Add additional juice to prevent dryness.
I hate stuffing turkeys so I baked it in a casserole dish instead.
