Suggest a better description-Cut potatoes in half inch cubes, pealed
-Boil for about 9 minutes with salt and onion powder , make sure the potatoes stay a bit hard
-layout to cool
-1 to 1.5 onions minced
-cut 6 stalks of celery in fine pieces
-boil a dozen eggs
-drain the sweet relish in a strainer and set aside
Once the potatoes cool, mix with onions, celery, and relish
Stir good. And salt to taste.
Add miracle whip to taste. Usually for five pounds 4 big spoon fuels. Add stir and taste. Do it until it reaches how u want I to taste.
