Suggest a better descriptionMix breadcrumbs, parmesan, and sesame seeds together. Whisk egg. Cut goat cheese into 4 slices. Chill for 5 minutes in refrigerator, Dip chilled goat cheese slices into egg and then into breadcrumb mixture. Repeat for a double coating. Chill coated slices in freezer for 5 minutes. Remove and sautee in skillet until browned on the outside. Remove immediately before cheese melts. Place on top of your favorite salad that has been tossed in dressing.
