Basil pesto, sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese make a savoury, colourful, easy vegetarian sandwich.
Preheat the oven to 180 C Open the pitta breads to form a pocket. Insert slices of goat cheese. Spread a layer of pesto over the goat cheese. Sprinkle with sun-dried tomatoes. Place pitta halves onto a baking tray.
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes in the preheated oven, just until the filling is warm and the bread is lightly toasted.
