Suggest a better descriptionIt’s winter time, cold weather and unfortunately for many it is a season of colds and flu. Here are two tea recipes that are great for the cold weather. For me tea is crucial to staying warm and healthy.
In a medium pot, combined juice, honey, cinnamon, allspice and 1/2 c water.
Bring to a boil over high heat;
strain and discard solids. Serve with a grapefruit segment or a strip of zest.
