Cook 2 cups of brown rice with 4 cups of water
Season rice to taste (salt, pepper, butter)
Cube chicken breasts
Saute with avocado oil and seasoning to taste (salt, pepper)
Put meat in another container
add bell peppers and minced garlic to saute pan with leftover juice
Dice Bell Peppers
Saute with minced garlic
Add cooked chicken to peppers and garlic place in a bowl.
Add cooked rice to the bowl and mix accordingly
Cut Brussel Sprouts in half
Sautee with avocado oil and season to taste (salt, pepper)
Once all complete lay out 7 dishes and divide rice mixture on one side and Brussel sprouts on the other side.
