Prepare
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon honey
8 cups spinach with the pulp removed
2 cups purple cabbage, washed and finely chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 slices of minced bacon
1 large purple onion, peeled and diced
Wash and cut into bite-sized pieces 3 cups of mushrooms such as oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms
How to make weight loss salad from spinach and mushrooms
Mix spinach and purple cabbage in a large bowl.
Place a tablespoon of olive oil in a large saucepan, over medium heat.
Add bacon, and red onion, and stir-fry by hand until crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper and continue to stir until mushrooms are tender about 5-7 minutes. Then you turn off the stove.
Prepare the sauce by adding 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the vinegar and honey and mix well.
Put the cooked mushrooms and meat in a bowl of cabbage and drizzle the sauce directly over to enjoy.
