Suggest a better descriptionHeat the oil in a large pot. Add the onion and garlic and saute over med-low until golden
Add cabbage, sweet potato,.tomatoes, ginger and 3 cups of water . Bring to boil then simmer, covered until potatoes are nearly tender . About 10m
Add okra and stir in the peanut butter a little at a time until it melts into the broth
Simmer gently covered for 10m longer or until all the veggies are tender
Stir in a little more water if needed . It should be moist , not soupy
Season with salt and pepper and chilli flakes to taste
Garnish with chopped scallions/peanuts
