For dressing mix in covered jar or other container 2/3 cup oil, 1/4 cup lime juice, 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 Sauce, and vinegar. Cover. Shake well. Chill in refrigerator.
In smalll bowl combine 1/4 cup Heinz 57 Sauce, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon oil and hot pepper sauce.
Brush on steak and let stand 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Broil steak to desired doneness. Brush with maridnade once.
Combine romaine and onion. Toss with 1/2 cup dressing. Slice steak accross grain. Put on salad. Serve with remaining dressing.
