Prepare ground beef and taco mix according to package directions. Heat gravies and enchilada sauce together.
In a preheated 350 degree oven, heat tortillas for a minute. Put a generous amount of meat mixture in each tortilla, fold, cover with sauce, then cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts.
Optional: you may add shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes to meat mixture, if desired.
