These are good.
Heat oven to 425F. Grease bottom of 12 medium muffin cups. In a bowl, combine wheat bran, buttermilk, egg, honey and oil. Let stand for 10 min. In larger bowl, combine dry ingredients. Make a well in the center and add the buttermilk-bran mixture. Stir just until flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes. Immediately remove from pan.
