Suggest a better descriptionWhip cream until stiff; gradually beat in marshmallow cream. Reserve about 1/3 cup almonds for garnish; coarsely chop remainder. Spread chopped almonds in shallow pan, toast at 400 degrees about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fold chopped almonds and cherries into creamed mixture along with pineapple, lime juice, rum and almond extract. Turn into 8 cups ring mold, freeze. Unmold onto serving plate and garnish with almonds and cherries.
Make ahead and store in freezer. When serving can garnish with almonds brushed lightly with a little corn syrup to make them glisten.
