Creamy crunchy fresh pasta that only requires mixing

Toast Walnuts on Medium Heat in pan then chop as preferred and place in medium sized mixing bowl.
Boil a pot of water (for pasta)
Add into mixing bowl
- Lemon Zest
- Grated garlic
- Chopped Oregano
- Ricotta Cheese
- Grated Parmesan
Mix well.
Mix in Olive oil 1 table spoon at a time while mixing until well incorporated then season with salt and pepper.
Add pasta to boiling pot and cook until al dente.
Scoop 1 cup of cooked pasta water and add to pesto mixture and mix gently to combine.
Add in pasta and mix vigorously until pasta is well coated and serve.
Goes well with sausages and spinach on the side
