Great white rolls
While milk is still hot, add butter, sugar and salt.
Combine warm water with 1 tsp. sugar and sprinkle yeast over. Leave 10 min.
Add yeast to milk mixture and whisk in egg. Add 2 cups of the flour and beat 2 min.
Gradually add remaining 1 1/2 to 2 cups of flour.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
