Combine water, oil, honey and 3 cups flour. Then add salt, gluten and flour up to 6 cups. Add flour a little at a time until the dough pulls from the side of the bowl.
Rest/rise until doubled, divide into two loaves. Allow to rise until doubled again. bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes.
