Preheat oven to 350°. Combine chili, minced onion and hot sauce. Place hotdog on tortilla and too each with 2tbsp of chili mixture. Roll up tortillas. Arrange seam side down in 13x9 pan. Combine remaining chili mixture with tomato sauce and pour over tortillas. Bake 25-30 minutes then top with cheese and put back in till cheese is melted.
