Wash wild rice. In covered pan, gently cook rice in water with two teaspoons of salt for 45 minutes and drain (or prepare with Uncle Ben's). Brown beef, set aside. Set aside. Saute mushrooms, celery and onions in butter for five minutes. Combine soy sauce, sour cream, salt and pepper. Add rice, beef, onion and celery, water ches nuts and olives. Add almonds (save a few for garnish). Place mixture in a lightly greased 3 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour uncovered. Add water if needed and season to taste. Stir several times. Garnish with almonds and parsley.
