Suggest a better descriptionwash spinach discard stems. Pat dry on paper towels. Tear into bowl. Add onion and sprinkle with pepper. Chill. At serving time slowly fry bacon till crisp. Add vinegar, lemon juice sugar and salt. Gradually add spinach tossing just till leaves are coated and slightly wilted. Sprinkle with egg and bacon pieces. Serve immediately
