Pecans and dried cranraisins are an excellent addition to this recipe.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients well. Pour into a greased 10 x 13 pan. Refrigerate 8 or more hours. Bring to room temperature before baking - about 30 minutes. Bake @ 325 for approximately one hour in hot water bath. Serve with warm vanilla sauce.
Vanilla Sauce - Blend all ingredients together well. Pour warm over the entire pudding or serve over individual portions.
