-rub salmon with cajun seasoning and 1 tablespoon seasoning
-refridgerate 4 hours
-heat pan with olive oil to coat pottom of pan
-add salmon and cook till done
-set salmon aside
-add veggie to pan, cook till browned set aside
-add shallots to pan, all other liquids, chili oil to taste
-add tomato, remove and add seseme oil
