2. Let milk cool to 116 degrees. Add the starter and mix well.
3. Heat oven to 350 degrees for two minutes. Put yogurt mixture into pint jars with a lid. Turn off oven and insert jars and let stand for 6 to 8 hours then store in refrigerator.
