This is a basic quiche recipe that you can add any "mix-in" that you like. I tend to keep my vegetarian but any type of breakfast meat (bacon, sausage, etc...) is good too. I personally like to use chopped spinach and grape tomatoes together.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the skim milk, salt, pepper, and flour. Grease your 9" glass pie plate (you can also use a foil pan). Place the crust into the pan and puncture the bottom lightly with a fork.
Add the cheeses to the egg mixture. Pour into the pie crust. Add in your choice of "mix-ins" evenly.
Place in the oven and bake for 1 hr and 15 min. Serve with an iceberg lettuce wedge or a salad...enjoy.
Keep checking on the quiche within the last few minutes to make sure it does not overlook. Each oven is a little different.
