Preheat oven to 350
Thoroughly mix beef, 2/3 c fried onions, 1/2 c sauce, bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce, & eggs in a large bowl
Shape into loaf in baking dish
Bake 1 hour or until thoroughly cooked and internal temperature reaches 160 degrees
Top with remaining 1/2 c sauce and 2/3 c onions. Bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
