Brown meat by stirring frequently and breaking apart with a spoon. When there’s almost no pink color left to the meat, add the canned tomatoes.
Season to taste and simmer for 15 minutes until thickened. Once done, stir in the cannellini beans and set aside.
Quickly fry the zoodles in butter along with a little salt and pepper. Once tender, transfer to a bowl and serve with the meat sauce.
