Let zucchini ,onions,salt stand overnight. Drain well and add: 4 1/2 cups sugar,2 1/2 cups white vinegar 1 tablespoon each of: nutmeg,dry mustard,turmeric,cornstarch. 1/2 teas pepper, 2 teas celery salt, 1 red and 1 green pepper chopped. Bring to boil and simmer 30 min. Stir frequently.
