BASIC ROLL DOUGH
Soften yeast in Warm Water.
Combine milk, sugar, shortening, salt; cool to lukewarm.
Add 1 1/2c. of flour; beat well
Beat in yeast and egg.
Gradually add remaining flour to form soft Dough, beating well.
Place in greased bowl, turning once to grease surface.
Cover and let rise until double in Bulk.
STREUSEL COFFE CAKE
Prepare basic Roll dough and let rise.
Turn out on Floured Surface; divided in thirds.
Pat each into greased 8x1 1/2-inch round pan.
Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon; cut in Butter till Crumbly.
Add Nuts.
Sprinkle 1/3 of topping over each coffee cake.
Cover and let rise until double in Bulk.
Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes.
Immediately Dizzle 1/2 teaspoon vanilla over each coffee cake Serve Warm.
