A great way to use leftover fish and mashed potatoes.
Mash Hake and mashed potatoes together. Add egg, crackers, lemon juice, herbs and seasonings and mix well. Form into 12 patties. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in cast iron skillet or griddle. Fry until golden brown. Turn and brown other side. Add more butter as needed for frying. Serve over baby spinach with tartar sauce and lemon slice.
